NMTS Ride Schedule

NOTE: In addition to these one time rides, the club has recurring rides most days of the week. To view them, choose the "Weekly Rides" link in the menu at your left.
Pace is the speed, plus or minus one, that will be maintained on flat terrain with no wind. Distance refers to miles traveled in a day; on multi-day rides it refers to total miles for the trip, and a daily average is calculated from that.
Rides with a light-green background occur over multiple days
HELMETS CSPC, Snell or ANSI Approved Helmets are REQUIRED for all NMTS rides.
EBIKES Class 1 E-bikes are welcome where conditions allow, and at the ride leader's discretion. Class 2 and Class 3 E-bikes are not permitted on NMTS rides.

This dirt/gravel ride will start at the Alameda Bridge West Parking Lot.

This is a gravel/dirt ride in the Albuquerque Bosque area along mostly single tracks. We will ride north from the start towards Bernalillo. We will wind up within sight of Sheriff's Posse Road. We will then return south along mostly the same route we went north on.

Any bike with wide tires that can get through a bit of sand will be fine for this ride. In some spots you may need to walk your bike through the short spans of sand if your tires are not wide enough.

We will stay together and will take our time on this ride. If you have not spent much time on the dirt tracks in the Bosque you will enjoy the much different view of the area compared to riding the roads.

Bring plenty of water.
