This ride is being conducted as a one-day virtual ride in accordance with the NMTS Club Rides During Pandemic document that is available on the NMTS website homepage. Starting from Alameda Open Space, the route is relatively simple. Initially, the ride heads south on Rio Grande Blvd, transitioning to the Bosque Trail south of Tingley Beach. Continuing south on the Trail, the route passes under Rio Bravo onto the Chris Chavez Loop. At the south end of the Loop, continue south on 2nd Street, turning around at the Valle de Oro Wildlife Refuge. On the way back north, the route stays on the new bike lane on 2nd Street to Rio Bravo, then continues north on the Riverside and Bosque Trails back to the start at Alameda Open Space.
