NMTS Ride Schedule

NOTE: In addition to these one time rides, the club has recurring rides most days of the week. To view them, choose the "Weekly Rides" link in the menu at your left.
Pace is the speed, plus or minus one, that will be maintained on flat terrain with no wind. Distance refers to miles traveled in a day; on multi-day rides it refers to total miles for the trip, and a daily average is calculated from that.
Rides with a light-green background occur over multiple days
HELMETS CSPC, Snell or ANSI Approved Helmets are REQUIRED for all NMTS rides.
EBIKES Class 1 E-bikes are welcome where conditions allow, and at the ride leader's discretion. Class 2 and Class 3 E-bikes are not permitted on NMTS rides.

Come join us as we team up with the Albuquerque Cycling and Albuquerque Mountain Bike Association Meetup clubs, Michael Thomas Coffee Roasters, and GitSum GRAVEL for a fun day in the Bosque! Details are available here:

http://meetu.ps/e/HtRBh/Kw33C/d

This is a charity food fun ride, we ask all participants to bring two canned good or non perishable food items. All goods will be donated to the East Mountains Food Pantry.

We will be starting at Michael Thomas Coffeehouse on Silver and Bryn Mawr. This is a ride at your own pace and enjoy the scenery ride (chit chat chill). Come join us, ride bikes and meet new people, see fun sights and help others at the same time!

Road bikes, gravel bikes, mountain bikes or whatever you roll! We'll have a primary gravel route or an optional road route! Plenty of bail-out points to shorten/lengthen the route as you need!

Gravel Route (45 miles, 400ft vertical)

Optional Road Route (37 mi, 1100ft vertical)

Leader will have an NMTS signup sheet at the start, along with cue sheets for the optional road route, which is the shorter of the two. The gravel route will be a bit more difficult at least if you do the full length, but there are lots of options for reducing it. Leader is planning on doing the gravel route, and not sweeping.
